What sets us apart

Orthodontics that asks: does this smile breathe well?

Most orthodontists move teeth. Dr. Andros looks at the whole craniofacial picture — how jaw position, palate width, tongue posture, and breathing pattern interact. For children with mouth breathing or restless sleep, and for adults with chronic congestion, TMJ, or sleep apnea, that perspective often changes the treatment plan entirely.

It's the reason Dr. Andros has trained under Dr. Rebecca Bockow, Dr. Audrey Yoon, Dr. Stanley Liu, Dr. Soroush Zaghi, Dr. Sharon Keenan, and the rest of the modern airway team — and the reason patients drive from across the Tri-Cities region to be evaluated here.

How we work

Orthodontics planned in software, placed with precision

Most orthodontists still place brackets by eye, one tooth at a time. At Andros Orthodontics, every case is planned virtually from CBCT 3D scans. Tooth movement is engineered in software before treatment starts. Brackets are placed using a 3D-printed indirect bonding tray that holds each one in its planned position — to a fraction of a millimeter.

For patients, the difference shows up as predictable treatment times, fewer surprise mid-course adjustments, and lower risk of root collisions. We were the first Tri-Cities orthodontic practice to commit to this fully digital workflow, and currently remain the only one offering it for every case. It's included in every treatment at no additional cost.
